Chairman's Welcome

It is my privilege as Chairman of Tullamore Show and the AIB National Livestock Show to introduce our Schedule for 2011 to you.

As you all  know Sunday 14th of August is fast approaching and preparations are well under way for the hosting of our 20th Agricultural Show, to be held at Butterfield Estate, Blueball, Tullamore.

Judging by previous years, I am confident that this year's Show will be another wonderful family day out attracting both country and city people. Alongside our agricultural classes/competitions, we will have lots of attractions, entertainment and displays to cater for all age groups. If you have a look through our new website, you will get a flavour of some of the main features we have to offer at this year's Show, and many thanks to all involved in the setting up of this necessary facility.

I would also like to thank most sincerely all our Sponsors, Voluntary Workers, Trade & Class Exhibitors for their help and support, and everyone else who has helped in the organising of the show. All of this contributes to the success of the Show.

So for now, enjoy your summer and we look forward to welcoming you to our show and to savour the atmosphere of what promises to be a wonderul day out for all the family at Tullamore Show & AIB National Livestock Show 2011.
