The biggest Family Day Out in Tullamore Sunday, 10th August 2008
The Tullamore Show is a cultural event that suits all tastes and offers something to everybody, regardelss of age. Enjoy the exhibits, savour the showings, crave the carriage driving, delight in the dancing or simply be in awe of the atmosphere.
Whether your interest is Bovine or Beetroot, Baskets or Bulldogs, Baking or Brandy, you will find something here to interest you, and perhaps even surprise you. We very much look forward to seeing you on the day in Charleville Estate.
The show is held in the wonderful grounds of Charleville Estate just outside the town of Tullamore. As the best example of Gothic-Revival architecture in Ireland, this Castle was designed and built by the Frank Johnston School of Architecture in 1798 through 1812. The interior of Charleville Castle is filled with beautifully designed rooms and some of the original furnishings.
