What time are the showgrounds open?

From 6:30am for Exhibitors

From 8:30am for General Public

What time can I drop off my exhibits?

Please refer to the Timetable for drop-off and collection times for each section; 

Timetable filtered to show Drop Off/Collection Times per section

All pre-entered exhibitors will have received an Exhibitor Pack with their entry and Gate details. 
No admission credits are allowed for late entries.

What competitions can I enter on Showday?

ENTRY WILL BE TAKEN ON SHOW DAY for Art & Photography, Cookery & Food, Craft & Needlework, Horticulture & Farm Produce Fashion Competitions, and Horses

Is there a shuttle bus?

Yes K Buggy's Coaches will run from O'Connor Square tullamore, servicing Tullamore Train Station.
They will run every hour.
It is a free service.

Can I pay on the gate?

Yes, you can buy tickets at the gate the morning of the Show.

Adults Tickets are on sale online for €20 (Save €5)or on the day for €25
Students Tickets are on sale online for €15 (Save €5) or on the day for €20
Children Under 12 - FREE Admission, when accompanied by an adult.

Cash and card payments are accepted on the gate.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we welcome dogs on site. Some safety precautions are needed;

  • Keep your dog on a lead at all times when at the show
  • Be mindful of others and clean up after your pet
  • Be cautious of other animals on site.

Do I need a COVID vaccine/recovery pass or antigen test to attend the show?

No, outdoor events in the Republic of Ireland do not require Covid-19 passes and antigen testing.

Are there disabled access toilets on site?

Yes, we have a number of disabled access toilets across the site. 

  • Beside Exhibitor Parking
  • Beside both Disabled Parking areas (near Yellow Car Park and Children's Entertainment)
  • Beside the entry point from the Green Car Park / near Sheep section

 

Is there drinking water on site?

Yes, we have numerous drinking water points. Look for the WATER sign. 

Please bring refillable water bottles. 

Water is also available at all of our Food Vendor stands. Please keep hydrated throughout the day. 

Are there ATMs on site?

We have ATMs on site if you need to get cash.

Many vendors will accept card payments at their stands also. 

Can I buy Early Bird Tickets online?

Children Under 12 have Free Admission, when accompanied by an adult.
